As our business continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Land Subdivision Project Manager to join our team and lead the delivery of residential land development projects across Melbourne.

About the Role

Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of residential land subdivision projects, from land acquisition support and planning approvals through to engineering design, construction, authority approvals and project completion.

Working closely with consultants, contractors, government authorities and internal stakeholders, you will ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage multiple residential land subdivision projects from inception through to completion.

- Coordinate planning, engineering design, authority approvals and civil construction activities.

- Liaise with councils, servicing authorities, consultants, contractors and project stakeholders.

- Manage project programmes, budgets, cash flow forecasts and project risks.

- Review consultant proposals, contracts, variations and progress claims.

- Monitor project progress, identify issues and implement solutions to achieve project milestones.

- Coordinate tendering, procurement and contract administration.





- Ensure compliance with planning permits, engineering approvals and statutory requirements.

- Prepare project reports and provide regular updates to senior management.

- Support land acquisition due diligence by providing technical and development advice where required.

- Assist with continuous improvement of project management systems and procedures.

About You

- Bachelor's degree or higher qualification in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Property, Project Management or a related discipline.

- Minimum 5 years' experience managing residential land subdivision or civil infrastructure projects in Australia.

- Strong understanding of the Victorian land development process, including planning, engineering design, authority approvals and Statement of Compliance.

- Experience coordinating consultants, contractors and government authorities.

- Strong commercial awareness with experience managing project budgets, contracts and variations.

- Excellent organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently in a quick-paced environment.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.

- A current Victorian Driver Licence.

- Ability to speak and read Mandarin is highly desirable.
