We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our Operations team as an Inventory Officer. This full-time permanent role offers stability and the opportunity to work in a positive and enjoyable work environment. As an Inventory Officer at Vitex Pharmaceuticals, you will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining accurate inventory records to support our manufacturing and distribution operations.
Your Responsibilities will include:
- Perform regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies between physical stock and records
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock levels are maintained to support production and customer orders
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and components
- Assist with counting and stock takes
- Be able to use pallet jack and other Warehouse equipment.
Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in inventory management or related field preferable
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Physically fit.
