We’re looking for a Property Management Powerhouse to join our high performing, fun and genuinely supportive team in our Maitland office.

This isn’t a role where you’ll be thrown a portfolio and left to figure it all out yourself.

You’ll be part of an experienced property management team, sharing responsibility across an established residential portfolio, backed by solid systems, experienced leadership and the support of a respected national real estate network.

What You'll Be Doing

No two days in property management are the same. You’ll be hands on across the portfolio, helping keep properties, tenants and landlords moving in the right direction.

Your day to day will include:

- Conducting routine, entry and exit inspections

- Leasing coordination and tenant communication

- Coordinating maintenance

- Assisting with arrears management and tenancy matters

- Supporting compliance with NSW residential tenancy legislation

- Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants

- Working collaboratively with the wider team to deliver an exceptional level of service

Are You Our Next Powerhouse?

We’re looking for someone who:

- Holds a current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence

- Has proven experience in Property Management

- Has a strong understanding of NSW residential tenancy legislation

- Is organised, proactive and knows how to prioritise

- Has excellent communication and relationship-building skills

- Has a sharp eye for detail

- Values integrity, honesty and professionalism

- Presents professionally and takes pride in their work

- Holds a current driver’s licence
