The Chance

We’re looking for an organised, detail-focused Accounts Payable Officer to join our Finance Team in Shepparton on a 12-month full-time maternity leave contract.

You’ll play an important role in keeping our accounts payable function running smoothly, including:

- Processing, matching and coding supplier invoices

- Reconciling supplier statements and resolving discrepancies

- Preparing payment runs and monitoring outstanding payables

- Responding to supplier and internal queries

- Supporting month-end activities and audit requirements

- Working closely with our broader Finance Team

What We’re Looking For

You’ll ideally bring:

- Previous Accounts Payable,



Finance or Accounting experience

- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

- Confidence working with invoices, reconciliations and accounting systems

- Good Excel and Microsoft Office skills

- A friendly, professional and customer-focused approach

- The ability to work on-site with our team in Shepparton

Experience in retail, hospitality or a multi-site business is a bonus, and while a relevant qualification is welcomed, practical experience is just as valuable.
