We are currently seeking applications for Community Registered Nurses to join our dynamic community nursing team. The position will initially commence on a casual basis, with the potential to transition to a permanent role for the right candidate.

Community Registered Nurse –Mandurah

Join My Flex Health and make a meaningful impact in the lives of elderly and disability clients through compassionate, personal care. We are seeking dedicated Registered Nurses to provide high-quality nursing services in clients' homes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver comprehensive nursing care and develop individualized care plans.

- Collaborate with the Community Nurse Manager and engage with stakeholders.

- Manage client referrals and ensure adherence to quality standards.

- Support client independence and mentor Multi-Skilled Support Workers.

- Conduct risk assessments and participate in quality assurance programs.

- Educate and support junior registered nurses.

Essential Criteria:

- Current AHPRA Nurse Registration with relevant community experience.

- NDIS Worker Screening Check and NDIS Orientation.

- Current CPR,



Manual Handling, and Working With Children’s Card.

- Demonstrated advanced clinical experience in the Community Disability and/or Aged Care sector.

- Advanced communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work autonomously and within a team
