As a Research Assistant, you will:

- Coordinate participant recruitment and engagement across schools, adolescents and parents, ensuring smooth delivery of all study activities.
- Support data collection across surveys and mobile based assessments, including tracking participants, managing consent and maintaining accurate records.
- Contribute to research tasks such as literature reviews, data cleaning, basic analysis and preparing explicit, succinct reports and presentations.
- Maintain high‑quality project documentation, databases and research systems, ensuring compliance with protocols and ethical requirements.
- Work collaboratively with the research team to provide efficient project administration, stakeholder communication and quality‑control support.

To be successful, you’ll have:

- Bring experience in research administration,



data collection and participant coordination within a university or research setting.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills and the ability to engage confidently with adolescents, parents, schools and multidisciplinary teams.
- Show exceptional organisation and time‑management, balancing competing priorities while maintaining accurate records across multiple study components.
- Apply high digital literacy to navigate online surveys, mobile apps, research databases and troubleshoot digital data‑collection tools.
- Uphold confidentiality, privacy and ethical standards while working independently and contributing positively to a collaborative research team.
