About the role
Oversee centre operations and customer service procedures across the recreation facility.
Act as a first point of contact for patrons, providing information, direction and assistance.
Manage cash handling, receipting and customer service compliance requirements.
Liaise with Supervisors and Duty Managers to support secure,



efficient and effective facility operations.

What you’ll bring
Minimum two years’ experience in a similar role within recreation, customer service or facility operations.
Developed communication, numeracy and customer service skills.
Sound knowledge of recreation facility operations, sport and recreation programming, and Microsoft Office.
Ability to supervise, train, motivate and support staff in a busy frontline workplace.

Requirements
Current C class driver’s licence.
National or Federal Police Certificate no more than six months old.
Formal qualification in Recreation or Business Administration is desirable.
Commitment to workplace health and safety, including risk awareness and incident reporting.
