We're currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Factory All-Rounder to join a respected manufacturing business located in Dingley Village. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in their work, and has a positive, can-do attitude.

About the Role

As part of the team, you'll assist with a range of general factory and maintenance duties, including:
Cleaning and wiping down a variety of manufacturing machinery
Painting machines and equipment
Tidying and maintaining the factory and yard areas
Assisting with general labouring and odd jobs as required
Supporting the production team with day-to-day tasks

No machine operation is required - the focus is on cleaning, painting, and maintaining equipment and the worksite.

What We're Looking For

To be successful in this role, you'll have:
Recent experience in manufacturing, factory labouring, warehousing,



or a similar hands-on workplace
A strong work ethic and willingness to help wherever needed
A flexible and adaptable attitude, as duties will vary from day to day
Positive physical fitness and the ability to complete manual tasks
Reliable transport and a current driver's licence
Full Australian working rights
Availability to start immediately

What's on Offer?
$33.75 per hour
Immediate start available
Monday to Thursday: 7:00am - 3:30pm
Friday: 7:00am - 1:00pm
