We are seeking a friendly, professional and well presented Medical Receptionist to join our growing Specialist Medical Clinic

Location: Mulgrave & Berwick

Hours: Part Time (3 days per week)

$30-$35 p/hour

Key Responsibilities
Welcome patients and visitors with warmth and professionalism.
Manage check-in and check-out processes and update patient details.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and enquiries efficiently and courteously.
Process and triage incoming patient referrals.
Preparation and running of consulting clinics in Mulgrave & Berwick locations.
Billing and processing payments for Private, WC & TAC Consultations.
End of day banking.
Prepare and maintain patient files and documentation accurately.
Provide administrative support to the practice management and clinical team.
Opening & closing clinic as required.
Maintain a tidy and organised reception, waiting and staff room area.
Preparation, stocking & tidying of consulting rooms.
Assist with stock control and general office duties as required.

About You
Previous experience in a medical, allied health or dental reception role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.




Solid organisational and multitasking ability.
High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
Professional, compassionate, and team-oriented approach.
Computer literacy and willingness to learn recent medical software.
Ability to handle confidential information with care and discretion.

What We Offer
Permanent Part Time (Mon, Wed & Fri) with shifts between 8.00am & 5.30pm. No public holiday or weekend work. Occasional additional hours may be required to meet the needs of the clinic and to cover Staff Leave.
