Back Alley Sally’s is looking for an experienced Chef to join our team for approximately 15–25 hours per week.

This is a outstanding role for someone looking for flexibility and a genuine mix of shifts – not just late nights. Hours are available across our café breakfast service, lunch and dinner shifts, including some weekends.

The Role

You’ll work across our café and bar/restaurant kitchen, with duties including:
Preparing and cooking quality meals across breakfast, lunch and dinner
Maintaining consistency and presentation during service
Food preparation and kitchen organisation
Maintaining food safety and cleanliness standards
Working independently as well as part of the wider kitchen team
Assisting with the smooth running of service

What We’re Looking For
Previous experience as a Chef in a café, restaurant, pub or similar venue
Confident across breakfast,



lunch and dinner service
Reliable and well organised
Able to work efficiently during busy periods
Good communication and teamwork
Pride in food quality and presentation
Availability across a range of shifts, including some weekends
