About The Role

We are currently seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Educational Leader to join our team at The Pocket in St Lucia, Brisbane. In this role you will have a significant influence promoting positive outcomes for children and families as well as mentor and inspire a team of educators.

To be successful in this role you will need the following:
An ACECQA Diploma in Early Childhood Education
Bachelor of Teaching (EC) desirable but not essential
Able to plan, implement and evaluate programs through your solid understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards




Prior leadership experience in mentoring educators to meet high standards of curriculum and documentation
Capable of engaging children through activities and experiences appropriate for age groups and stages of development
Team-player who is open to different views, receptive to feedback and reflects upon best practice
Flexible with routines and able to support multiple rooms requiring assistance
