The Role:

You almost should not have to read this if you are the right candidate, you should know what a civil Supervisor does.

You’ll be responsible for running day-to-day operations on site — coordinating crews, subcontractors, plant, and materials — and making sure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to spec.

This role suits someone who’s confident leading from the front, thrives on problem-solving,



and takes pride in building high-performing teams.

What You’ll Be Doing
Supervising and coordinating site activities on civil projects across Sydney
Managing subcontractors, labour, and resources
Overseeing safety, quality, and environmental standards on site
Working closely with Project Engineers and Project Managers to keep jobs on track
Leading toolbox talks and safety meetings
Keeping accurate site records and reporting progress

About You
Previous experience as a Supervisor or Foreman in civil construction
Robust knowledge of bulk earthworks, roadworks, drainage, or structures
Confident communicator with solid leadership skills
Sound understanding of WHS and site compliance requirements
