Following major upgrades, we’ve become a standout destination not just in Queensland, but across Australia. Our SEQ Properties portfolio also includes BIG4 Maroochy River, Tom & Andy’s Espresso Van, and Tripcony Traders.

Positions on Offer
Cooks/Chefs: Prepare and plate high-quality meals, maintain kitchen standards,



and work closely with the FOH team to deliver great dining experiences. Previous experience in a busy kitchen essential.
Casual Hours: 25 to 30 hours, generally Wed to Sat availability would be ideal. Mainly PM shift and early finish.

Requirements
Strong work ethic and team spirit
Experience in a similar kitchen role highly regarded (for cooks)
Food safety knowledge/certification an advantage
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility for evenings, weekends & holidays
Passion for hospitality and creating excellent experiences
