We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Operations & Customer Service Coordinator to join our team and support our daily warehouse and logistics operations.in Moorebank, NSW.
About the Role
This is a hands-on role combining operations coordination and customer service support, working closely with our warehouse, transport partners, and customers.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Daily coordination of warehouse inbound & outbound operations
Liaising with customers regarding orders, stock, deliveries and inquiries
Data entry and order processing in our WMS / internal systems
Preparing and checking operational documents (receiving, dispatch, inventory, etc.)
Following up issues, delays, discrepancies and resolving them with internal and external parties
Supporting the operations team with general admin and coordination tasks
Maintaining accurate records and reports
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
Well organised, responsible and detail-oriented
Has a positive attitude and is willing to learn
Has good communication skills in English
Is passionate about work and not afraid of challenges
Comfortable working in a fast-paced logistics / warehouse environment
Has basic computer skills (Excel, email, systems)
Able to multitask and prioritise work
Has experience in logistics, warehousing, freight forwarding or supply chain (preferred, but not mandatory)
Must have Australian work rights.
