Position Details:

Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality education and care to meet the individual learning needs of each child.
Design and implement creative and educational programs that promote children's social, emotional, language, physical, and cognitive development.
Interact with children both in group and one-on-one settings, encouraging positive behaviors and positive habits.
Actively engage with parents and families to collaboratively support children's growth and learning.
Maintain a healthy, safe, and clean learning environment, adhering to all relevant policies, regulations, and standards.
Track and document each child's developmental progress, providing regular assessments and feedback.
Work collaboratively with team members to complete daily tasks, participate in staff meetings,



and engage in professional development training.

Requirements:
Passionate about education and child development, with a positive attitude and excellent teamwork skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with parents, colleagues, and children.
Previous experience in early childhood education is preferred, though new graduates are also encouraged to apply.
Current Working with Children Check, First Aid certification, and other relevant certifications (preferred).
Robust attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.

Pay: $36.01 – $47.81 per hour
