We have an prospect for a food and beverage team member to join our Balmain Dolly's Acai store! This is a casual role on a rotating roster including weekdays, weekends and evenings as required. Please only apply if you can commit to working on Fridays from 3pm.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Overall management of the operations of the store, inventory management and customer management.
Quality control, ensuring freshness of our product daily.
Preparation of fruits, toppings, and all ingredients required for the day
Prepare acai bowls, smoothies, frozen yoghurt and other menu items
Cashiering, and attending to customers
Be familiar with our menu, range of products, and dietary restrictions
Managing processes and driving operational efficiencies.




Cleaning and housekeeping of premises
Some social media work

REQUIREMENTS & EXPERIENCE
High energy, outstanding communication skills and warm personality is a must.
Process driven with experience working in hospitality
Can do attitude and proven ability to solve problems autonomously.
Responsible, adaptable, committed, with robust initiative and willingness to learn
A team player with excellent attention to customers and detail
Ability to work independently

Job Type: Casual

Pay: $18.00 – $28.00 per hour
