Ristorante Moretti is looking for experienced floor staff to join our Italian restaurant team in Leichhardt.

This role will start on a casual basis, with full time or part-time hours available depending on your availability and the needs of the restaurant.

You’ll provide warm, skilled service in a busy, quality-focused dining environment. Previous experience in an Italian restaurant, or a similar à la carte venue, is strongly preferred.

What we're looking for:
Proven floor-service experience in an Italian restaurant or similar quality dining venue
Confident running a section, taking orders, serving food and drinks, and looking after guests throughout their meal
Friendly, reliable, well presented, and able to work efficiently during busy services
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Availability for evening and weekend shifts
Current RSA,



or willingness to obtain one
Ongoing legal working rights in Australia
