Heidelberg Preschool is seeking an enthusiastic Early Childhood Educator (Cert III/Diploma) to support the delivery of high-quality early learning experiences across our 4-year-old program. Responsibilities Support the teaching team to deliver play-based, inclusive learning programs Foster warm, supportive relationships with children and families Participate in planning,



documentation and reflective practice Ensure compliance with Child Secure Standards and the National Quality Framework * Maintain safe and engaging indoor and outdoor environments
Required Qualifications & Experience Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care WWCC & police check National Child Safety Training & Victorian Mandatory reporting Prior experience working in a kindergarten and / or other early childhood service providing high-quality care and educational services for children. * A sound knowledge and understanding of early childhood learning and development
