Care Tribe Services is looking for a reliable and compassionate Support Worker to provide quality care and support to an aged-care participant in Rushworth, VIC.

About the Role

We are seeking a caring and dependable Support Worker who can assist the participant with their day-to-day needs while promoting their independence, dignity, and wellbeing.

Location: Rushworth, VIC
Position: Support Worker
Employment Type: Casual
Service Type: Support at Home (SaH)

Key Responsibilities
Provide person-centred support based on the participant’s needs
Assist with personal care and daily living activities as required
Provide companionship and social support
Support the participant to maintain their independence
Follow the participant’s care plan and organisational procedures
Maintain accurate service notes and documentation
Communicate professionally with the participant and Care Tribe Services team

About You

We are looking for someone who is:
Compassionate, respectful, and reliable
Experienced in aged care or community support




Able to work independently and follow care plans
A valuable communicator with a professional approach
Committed to providing high-quality, person-centred care

Requirements
Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or relevant qualification
Previous experience in aged care or community care
Current Police Check
Current First Aid & CPR
Relevant Working with Children Check / screening clearance as applicable
Australian working rights
Driver’s licence and reliable vehicle preferred
