Qualifications & experience
Bachelor in Early Childhood
The following are the key duties and responsibilities of the role:
Documenting children's learning progress using various methods.
Creating aesthetically pleasing and stimulating learning environments.
Fostering positive relationships with children and their families.
Developing and implementing an engaging educational program that aligns with the organization's objectives.
As part of the role, the successful candidate will be expected to:
Utilize a range of methods to document the learning progress of children.
Design learning spaces that are both inspiring and functional.
Foster a culture of respect and mutual understanding with children and their families.
Facilitate both group and one-on-one interactions with children in a professional manner.
