Entry-Level Operator/Drivers
Program: Women on Wheels (WoW)
Location: Karratha (residential only)
Employment Type: Casual for an initial 3-month period before transitioning into the Women on Wheels program.
About the Opportunity
This is a fantastic entry-level prospect within a structured training program designed to support women into long-term careers as Operator Drivers. The successful candidate will commence as a contingent worker with Cat5 for an initial 3-month period before transitioning into the Women on Wheels program.
Duties & responsibilities
Yard support and site-based tasks
Basic administrative duties
Shadowing and learning operational routes and responsibilities
Participation in a hands-on learning environment
Skills & experience
Current driver’s licence (minimum 2 years, no L plates)
Must be Karratha-based with own accommodation (residential role, no FIFO or housing provided)
Ability to pass pre-employment medicals, including Fit2Drive assessment
Willingness to receive required vaccinations
Ability to pass and maintain Drug & Alcohol screening
Ability to complete a National Police Clearance
