Are you a reliable and skilled administrator with a knack for outstanding time management? We are seeking a personable and proactive Administration Officer who is able to effectively manage tasks to join us in delivering exceptional Allied Therapy services in the NDIS and My Aged Care sectors.
About Rivergum Allied Therapies:
As a growing team of Allied Health specialists servicing the NDIS and My Aged Care space, our team is dedicated to providing specialised Allied Therapy services, working closely with both client and care provider.
Key Role Responsibilities:
Assist with management of the NDIS referrals inbox
Actioning referrals as indicated
Liaison with referring Support Coordinators and Clients
Booking client appointments
Allied Therapist communication and diary coordination
Prioritising NDIS Allied Therapy workflow
Skills and Experience:
Prior experience working in an administration role
Strong problem-solving and organisational ability
Proven track record of identifying and prioritising urgent tasks
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
Skilled at managing a busy workload calmly and efficiently
Proficient in Microsoft 365
Experience in NDIS administration preferable
