About the role

This is a full time position based in Campbellfield, Victoria, working for Stows Waste Management, a leading provider of waste management and environmental services. As an HR/HC Driver - Vacuum Tanker Operator, you will play a crucial role in our road transport operations, operating specialised vacuum tanker equipment to deliver essential waste management services to our clients.

What you'll be doing
General start time is 4-5am with earlier starts required on occasion
Operating vacuum tanker equipment to collect and transport liquid waste
Ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of waste management services to client sites
Conducting daily vehicle inspections and maintaining detailed records
Adhering to all relevant health, safety and environmental regulations
Providing excellent customer service to clients
Collaborating with the wider operations team to optimise workflows

What we're looking for
A current HR or HC driver's licence
Experience operating vacuum tanker or similar specialised waste management equipment
Knowledge of relevant health, safety and environmental regulations




Strong customer service skills and a commitment to safety
The ability to work effectively as part of a team
Good communication and problem-solving skills
