Gregory Hills Hotel is looking for a Casual Chef to join our kitchen team. We’re a busy, family-friendly venue with a great local following, so there’s always something happening in the kitchen!

What you’ll be doing
Preparing and cooking quality meals to a consistent standard
Working across a busy kitchen during service
Helping with prep, stock and general kitchen duties
Following food safety and hygiene standards
Working as part of a team to keep service running smoothly

What we’re looking for
Previous kitchen or chef experience
Someone reliable, positive and keen to get stuck in
Good communication and teamwork skills
Comfortable working in a quick-paced environment
Availability across evenings, weekends and public holidays
Formal qualifications are outstanding, but experience and attitude matter most
