Summary:

We are seeking a motivated Graduate Engineer (Design) to join our energetic team in Norwest. This role is ideally suited to a recent engineering graduate or someone with up to one year of relevant industry experience who is looking to build a successful career in design engineering. As a Graduate Engineer, you will work alongside experienced professionals, contribute to innovative engineering projects, and gain hands-on experience supporting the design and development of engineering solutions. Responsibilities:
Assist in the design and development of engineering projects under the guidance of senior engineers.
Conduct research and analysis to support design decisions and project specifications.
Prepare technical documentation, including design reports and specifications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project requirements are met.
Participate in project meetings and contribute to problem-solving discussions.
Support the testing and evaluation of engineering designs and prototypes.




Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and technologies.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
Experience in an engineering role, preferably in design, through internships or academic projects.
Proficiency in engineering design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks).
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
