Required Skills & Experience
Demonstrated hands-on experience developing on the ServiceNow platform.
Solid JavaScript and Glide API scripting skills.
Experience with Flow Designer, Workflows, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Script Includes.
Experience designing and supporting ServiceNow integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, or MID Server.
Good understanding of the ServiceNow data model and ITSM processes.
Experience working within Agile or hybrid project delivery environments.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
