CS Energy is thrilled to invite motivated and enthusiastic individuals to apply for our highly sought-after Mechanical Apprenticeship Program.

This full time, fixed-term opportunity spans four years and offers hands-on training at our Kogan Creek Power Station, starting in February 2027.

What You’ll Be Doing:

As an apprentice, you won’t just be learning—you’ll be powering Queensland! You’ll gain hands-on experience under the guidance of skilled tradespeople, carrying out vital maintenance tasks in key plant areas. You’ll help keep our station running safely, reliably, and efficiently. During the apprenticeship you will receive formal training and learn how to perform maintenance work under the supervision of qualified tradespeople.



Maintenance tasks will be assigned within designated plant areas and you will be responsible for ensuring that the work meets daily production generation requirements, reliability and safety targets.
