Summary:

We are seeking an experienced F&B; Attendant to join our team at Fitzroy Island. This casual role is essential for delivering exceptional service with prior experience as a bar/barista required. The successful candidate will play a key role in enhancing the guest experience in this fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service to guests in a friendly and qualified manner.
Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
Serve food and drinks to guests, ensuring timely delivery and presentation.
Handle cash and process payments in accordance with company policies.
Maintain knowledge of menu items and specials to provide informed recommendations.
Assist with inventory management and stock control as required.
Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service operations.

Qualifications:
Previous experience in a food and beverage service role,



preferably in a bar environment.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and public holidays.
A positive attitude and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
