What We're Looking For
Minimum 2 years of barista and front of house experience
Skilled in preparing high-quality espresso-based coffee
Friendly, positive, and customer-focused attitude
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Reliable, punctual, and well-presented
Ability to work efficiently during busy service periods
Flexible availability, including weekends

Responsibilities
Prepare and serve exceptional coffee and beverages
Deliver warm and skilled customer service
Take orders and process payments accurately
Keep the café clean, organised, and well-stocked
Work closely with the team to create a welcoming atmosphere
