ION Café is looking for an experienced Casual Barista / Café All-Rounder to join our friendly team.

To be considered, you will ideally have:
At least 1+ years of barista experience in a fast-paced café environment
Strong coffee-making skills, including grind adjustment and latte art
Experience using POS systems and handling cash
A vibrant, friendly personality with confidence engaging with customers
Availability Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 1:30pm

Key Responsibilities:
Preparing high-quality hot and cold beverages
Assisting with basic food preparation and kitchen support
Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the café and kitchen
Delivering warm, effective customer service
Taking orders, delivering food and drinks,



and clearing tables
Supporting the team during busy service periods
