Purpose of the Role

The client is seeking an experienced Property Manager who can independently manage a

residential portfolio.
Approximately 180 residential properties.
The successful candidate will receive support from the Accounts team and other internal support staff, allowing them to focus primarily on property management responsibilities.

Experience Required
Previous experience managing a residential property portfolio.
Ability to work autonomously.
Strong knowledge of Queensland property management legislation and processes.
Experience handling inspections, maintenance, lease renewals, arrears, owner communication and tenant management.

Licence Requirements
Appropriate Queensland real estate registration/licensing.

Pay: $80,000.00 – $110,000.00 per year
