Little Bear Child Care Cottage – Armidale

We have a position available for a Diploma Qualified Educator or an Educator working towards their Diploma to join our friendly and supportive team.

We are a small, 25-place community-based long day care service where we pride ourselves on creating a warm, caring and nurturing setting for our children, families and educators.

We are looking for someone who:
Holds a Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care, or is currently working towards their Diploma
Is passionate about working with children and providing high-quality care and learning experiences
Builds positive relationships with children, families and educators
Is a reliable and positive team player
Enjoys working in a small, close-knit team




Has a good understanding of the EYLF and child-protected practices
Is willing to contribute to our programming and daily routines
