This is a Maintenance Superintendent role working across multiple Australian operations, leading maintenance across both mobile and fixed plant within a mining services workplace focused on blasting and explosives.

It’s an established setup, but with enough variation across sites to give you real scope to improve how things are done and make your mark on performance.

You'll be responsible for the reliability, planning and maintenance of a specialised blasting fleet operating across multiple sites, while supporting the team and improving maintenance performance.

To step into it, you’ll bring:
Experience leading maintenance teams in mining, resources, or heavy industry
Trade qualification as a Diesel Mechanic or Fitter
Experience working with blasting equipment
Robust grounding in mobile and/or fixed plant




Confidence across planning, shutdowns, and day-to-day execution
Maintenance planning experience
Familiarity with MEX or similar maintenance software
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills
A track record of improving availability and performance
Robust people leadership skills and experience supporting teams with varying operational requirements
Auto electrical experience will be highly regarded
A practical, get-things-done approach.

This role is based in Dysart and is Monday to Friday (DIDO) with accommodation provided, so ideally you will live in Mackay or Yeppoon or surrounding areas.
