NDK Constructions is a growing South Australian construction company delivering projects across the aged care, insurance, commercial and residential sectors.

We are seeking an experienced Leading Hand Carpenter and/or Carpenter to join our team and play a key role in delivering a diverse range of projects throughout Adelaide.

Responsibilities
Undertake carpentry works (second fix, maintenance)
Lead and supervise carpenters, subcontractors and other trades on site (if required)
Coordinate day-to-day project activities and site operations
Ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard
Read and interpret plans, scopes and project documentation
Coordinate materials, labour and subcontractors
Liaise professionally with clients, facility managers and residents
Identify and resolve issues as they arise
Maintain site records and communicate project progress to management
Promote a positive and skilled site culture

About You





You are an experienced carpenter who enjoys leading others and takes pride in delivering quality work.

You will have:
Trade qualification in Carpentry
Solid all-round carpentry and building knowledge
Ability to coordinate multiple trades and site activities
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Strong problem-solving ability
High attention to detail
Current driver's licence
White Card
Own tools
