Key Responsibilities
Maintaining a consistent presence through regular client site visits
Efficiently fill high volume client job orders.
Create and manage employee rosters based on client requirements.
Conduct client site visits on a regular basis.
Ensure high-quality customer service through proactive client liaison and account management.
Handle end-to-end recruitment activities, including on-boarding, performance management, and terminations.
Address employee issues related to payroll and workplace health & safety (WHS) with professionalism and efficiency.
Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with clients and casual employees.
Foster a positive rapport and collaborative work setting
Perform necessary administrative tasks to support operational efficiency.

Requirements
Experience in similar role or enviroment is highly desirable




Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail and effective time management abilities
Confident and friendly phone manner
Positive attitude with a proactive approach to problem-solving
Computer literate with proficiency in relevant systems
Ability to thrive in a small, highly efficient team workplace
Valid drivers licence and reliable transport
