About the role

We are seeking a reliable Kitchen Hand / Food Preparation Worker to join our busy café located just outside Adelaide Airport.

This is a regular weekday position, working Monday to Thursday with a 6:30am start. The role would suit someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced setting, is organised, and takes pride in maintaining high food and hygiene standards.

Key responsibilities
Preparing ingredients and café food items
Preparing sandwiches, salads and other food
Assisting with general kitchen duties
Washing dishes and maintaining a clean kitchen
Cleaning and sanitising food preparation areas
Stock preparation and basic kitchen organisation
Assisting the kitchen team during busy periods
Following food safety and hygiene procedures

About you

The successful applicant will be:

Well organised and able to follow instructions
Committed to maintaining good food hygiene and cleanliness
Available Monday to Thursday from 6:30am

Previous café, kitchen or food preparation experience is preferred, but training can be provided for the right person.
