About the Role

As the FOH Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the restaurant operates smoothly and consistently while maintaining a high standard of customer service.

You will be expected to lead by example, support and manage the FOH team, communicate effectively with the kitchen and ensure guests receive a qualified and welcoming experience.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the Front of House team during service.
Deliver consistently high standards of customer service and hospitality.
Train, mentor and support FOH staff.
Manage staff performance and ensure expectations and procedures are followed.
Coordinate daily service and ensure the restaurant runs efficiently.
Manage bookings, table flow and customer enquiries.
Handle customer feedback, complaints and service issues professionally.
Communicate closely with the kitchen and management team.
Assist with staff rostering and ensure appropriate staffing levels.
Oversee opening and closing procedures.
Maintain presentation, cleanliness and organisation throughout all FOH areas.
Ensure staff comply with RSA, food safety,



workplace safety and company procedures.
Monitor stock and assist with ordering of FOH supplies where required.
Help create a positive, professional and accountable team culture.
Identify opportunities to improve service, efficiency and the overall guest experience.

About You

We are looking for someone who:
Has previous experience in a FOH Manager, Restaurant Manager or senior hospitality role.
Is confident leading and managing a team.
Thrives in a fast-paced and high-pressure restaurant setting.
Has excellent communication and customer service skills.
Is organised, reliable and able to problem-solve quickly.
Maintains high standards and solid attention to detail.
Is comfortable giving direction and holding staff accountable.
Has a professional and positive approach to both customers and team members.
Is available to work evenings and weekends as required.

Pay: $30.00 – $35.00 per hour
