Responsibilities
Lead the Used Car Sales Department, setting and achieving budgeted volumes, gross profit and customer service benchmarks.
Develop and maintain a high-performing team of Used Car Sales Consultants, fostering motivation and excellence.
Drive sales strategy and build customer relationships within the used vehicle market.
Actively coach and support the team, ensuring sales targets are met and exceeded.
Analyze and manage financial aspects of the business to support targets.
Qualifications
Proven track record in sales and leadership within the automotive industry.
Strong understanding of the financial aspects of automotive sales.
Team-first mentality with a strong work ethic.
Pro‑active, positive, and qualified approach to achieving sales objectives.
