We’re looking for a hands-on Assistant Store Manager to join our growing QSR business.

Work alongside your team, lead from the front, drive sales and deliver great customer service. This is a hands-on leadership role with no late nights and genuine career progression.

Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach and motivate the team.
Drive sales and upselling.
Maintain food safety, cleanliness and store standards.
Assist with rostering, stock and training.
Deliver company KPIs and operational standards.
Support the Store Manager with daily operations.

About You
Leadership experience in hospitality, retail or QSR.
Energetic, hands-on and customer focused.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
Food Safety Supervisor Certificate or willingness to obtain.
