About the Role

We are looking for a Cook to join our team at Estia Health, a provider of high‑quality, person‑centred aged‑care services across Queensland, New South Wales, South Australia and Victoria.

Responsibilities
Work alongside the Chef to assist with kitchen management.
Tailor meals to meet individual residents’ preferences and dietary requirements.
Ensure residents receive healthy, nutritious and delicious meals.
Support the broader kitchen team to deliver a memorable dining experience.
Maintain kitchen cleanliness and comply with food safety standards.
Assist in menu planning and appetite monitoring for residents.
Shift hours: Tuesday to Friday, 12:30–17:30H, both weeks.
Provide evidence of a current influenza vaccination as required during the influenza season.

Qualifications
A CertificateIII in Commercial Cookery.
Outstanding communication and documentation skills.
Some experience within a commercial kitchen; aged‑care experience is highly regarded.




Experience with a broad range of cuisines and dietary requirements to meet social, spiritual and cultural needs of residents.
