What You'll Be Responsible For
day-to-day kitchen operations, ensuring consistency, efficiency & quality
Implement and uphold rigorous standards of kitchen cleanliness, food safety, presentation
Collaborate with the ownership group to drive brand development, process improvements & scale
Bring new ideas, energy, and leadership to every shift

What We're Looking For
Previous experience as a Chef, cook or sandwich hand in similar kitchen role preferably in a fast-casual environment




Excellent organisational skills, solid attention to detail, and a stickler for standards
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and operational skills
Passion to be part of a growing brand. You want to lead, not just follow
Weekend availability
Must have Australian work rights to be eligible for this position
weekend availability required for both Saturdays and Sundays
