We are currently seeking to appoint a professional and highly experienced Reception / Showroom Host to join our dealership.
This is more than a reception role. It is an opportunity to represent a premium brand group at the highest standard. As the first point of contact for our valued clients, your presence and professionalism will set the tone for their entire experience.
You will need to demonstrate:
Previous experience in a fast-paced reception or high-volume switchboard environment
A confident, refined, and professional manner - both in person and over the phone
Impeccable personal presentation
Transparent and articulate communication skills - both written and verbal
Strong organisational and time management abilities
The ability to remain composed and efficient under pressure
High attention to detail, especially when taking and relaying messages
A proactive mindset with the ability to follow structured processes precisely
This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday (8:00am - 5:00pm), and is best suited to a polished professional who thrives in a customer-facing role within a luxury environment.
