This is a launchpad for someone early in their career who’s excited by great design, commercial delivery and real-world projects.

Responsibilities
Qualify inbound leads and tender opportunities
Prepare and support responses to RFIs, RFQs and proposals
Manage pipeline data and communications in HubSpot
Liaise with contractors, consultants and internal stakeholders
Book meetings, track actions and help deals move forward

Our challenge isn’t just getting on spec – it’s staying there. That means asking the right questions, listening closely, and engaging the right people at the right time. You’ll help us read the room,



progress deals through the pipeline, stay ahead of value engineering risks, and position our offer to rise to the top - not compete on lowest price.

It’s a hands-on, high-impact role – ideal for someone who’s organised, commercially curious, and ready to grow.

Qualifications / Experience
Recent graduate (e.g. interior design, architecture, quantity surveying, construction management) or 1–3 years in sales coordination, estimating, or fitout support
Solid written and verbal communication
Confidence working with clients and technical information
Attention to detail and a proactive mindset
Familiarity with space planning, estimating or CRM tools a bonus
