Job Summary
Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.
Provide expert guidance on employee relations, performance management, and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to promote positive employee engagement and advocacy.

Key Responsibilities
Act as a single point of contact for management within a respective region on all matters involving grievances, disputes, misconduct, performance management policies, and procedures.
Lead workplace investigations,



including confidential whistleblower investigations, and make recommendations to senior executives regarding outcomes.
Attend Fair Work Commission hearings, court proceedings, and other events as required.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Industry Relations, Human Resources, or relevant field (or equivalent experience).
At least 7 years in a senior generalist human resources position, with at least 5 years of specialist employee/industrial relations experience managing complex cases in a multi-site setting.
Comprehensive understanding of the theoretical and practical application of the Fair Work Act and other statutes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
