MIPS is seeking a energetic and strategic Market Development and Member Engagement Lead to lead our member acquisition, retention, and engagement strategy. This is a high-impact role driving business development, portfolio strategy, and brand reputation—delivering sustainable value for our members. This is a newly created role sitting in our SLT.

What You’ll Lead a Team of Professionals Responsible for
Member strategy, experience, and portfolio management
Business development and account growth
Brand strategy and marketing communications
Digital marketing, automation, and analytics
Internal communications and cross-functional collaboration

What You Bring
Proven leadership in business development and marketing in insurance, financial services, or APRA-regulated settings
Ideally experience working in a customer or member-based setting.




Strategic thinking with a strong commercial mindset
Experience leading a team
Expertise in digital trends, marketing tech, and data-driven decision-making
Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Qualifications
Tertiary qualifications in Business, Marketing, Communications or related
Postgraduate qualifications or certifications in relevant disciplines (desirable)
