We're seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our Shellcove Store and maintain the high standards of service and product quality our brand is known for.

About the Role:

Lead and take full ownership of the Shellcove store. This role is accountable for operational performance, team development, and delivering excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily store operations and team performance
Control labour costs and scheduling
Stock ordering, inventory management, and waste control
Drive sales,



upselling, and customer satisfaction
Implement company systems and SOPs
Report performance to Senior Operations Manager

Requirements:
Previous store or assistant manager experience in fast-paced hospitality or retail
Robust leadership and commercial mindset
Ability to manage teams under pressure
Availability on weekends and peak trade periods

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: $60,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
