About the Role

As a key member of our team you’ll be the first point of contact for new and existing customers, ensuring they receive outstanding service. Your duties will include:

Customer Service
Build and maintain solid relationships with customers.
Assist them with their storage and removal needs.
Handle customer requests, provide support, and resolve issues in a timely manner.

Sales
Respond to customer enquiries in a timely manner.
Provide quotes and guidance on our storage and removal services.
Understand customer needs and offer tailored storage and removal solutions.

Admin
Process new customer agreements.




Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

What We’re Looking For
A customer-first mindset and a positive attitude.
Robust communication and problem-solving skills.
Experience in customer service and administration.
Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
Experience in Microsoft Office and computer systems in general.
