We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Turf & Garden Maintenance Person to join our team in a full-time position.

This is a hands-on outdoor role suited to someone who takes pride in their work, can complete tasks independently and also works well as part of a team.

Key responsibilities
Mowing, edging and maintaining turf areas
General garden maintenance, including pruning, weeding and planting
Operating and maintaining gardening equipment and machinery
Green waste removal and general site clean-up
Identifying and reporting maintenance issues
Completing work safely, efficiently and to a high standard
Working independently and alongside other team members

What we’re looking for
A current manual driver’s licence is essential
Experience in turf or garden maintenance is preferred
Reliable, punctual and able to follow instructions
Able to work unsupervised and manage daily tasks




A positive attitude and robust work ethic
Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
Valuable communication and teamwork skills
Knowledge of workplace health and safety practices
