Responsibilities
Post‑employment restraints, unfair or unlawful dismissal, industrial disputes, compliance with workplace laws.
Organisational change strategy and management.
Sexual harassment and bullying.
Workplace health and safety, and complex workplace investigations.

About You
Employment, Workplace and Industrial Relations Law experience gained in a reputable private practice workplace.
Strategic thinker with excellent advocacy and negotiation skills.
Passionate about client service and enjoys the client‑facing side of the role.
