Production Operators – Day & Afternoon Shifts Available

We are seeking reliable Production Operators to join a leading steel manufacturer based in South-West Sydney. With both Day and Afternoon shifts available, this is a fantastic opportunity to secure a long‑term position with a company that values its people and offers ongoing training and career progression.

The Role
Learn and operate steel manufacturing machinery safely




Perform repetitive manual handling duties
Conduct quality inspections on finished products
Assist with basic machine maintenance and housekeeping
Work safely while maintaining production and quality standards

About You
Previous experience in a manufacturing, steel or industrial setting
Comfortable with repetitive manual handling
Reliable with a strong work ethic and reliable employment history
Willing to learn and work in a fast‑paced production environment
Able to pass a pre‑employment medical and police check
